A handyman who knows Bourdon Place
Mayfair took shape in the 18th century as the Grosvenor and Berkeley estates laid out their elegant streets and squares, and Bourdon Place carries that heritage today. Many of the buildings here blend Georgian and later proportions, which means repairs and alterations call for a sensitive hand — exactly the sort of careful work we specialise in.
On Bourdon Place, the difference between a good job and a great one is in the details — the dust sheets laid before a tool comes out, the offcuts bagged as we go, the final wipe-down before we leave. That care is the whole point of how we work.
Being properly local to Mayfair makes a real difference on Bourdon Place. There's no long wait for someone to travel across London, no unfamiliarity with the building stock, and no guesswork — just a nearby team that already understands how homes around here are put together.

Everyday jobs on Bourdon Place
Many of our visits to Bourdon Place start with the small but stubborn jobs that pile up over time, such as:
- fitting child safety gates and latches
- replacing a cracked or misted glass pane
- hanging heavy mirrors and artwork securely
- touching up paintwork and making good
- fixing a dripping tap or running overflow
- easing a sticking sash window before winter
None too small, none too awkward — and all handled in a single visit wherever we can, to save you the bother of booking more than once.
Trusted by your neighbours on Bourdon Place
Much of our work on Bourdon Place comes by word of mouth — one neighbour recommending us to another, or a managing agent passing on our number because a previous job went smoothly. We don't take that trust for granted. Every booking on Bourdon Place is treated with the same care, whether it's a quick repair for a long-standing client or a first visit to a new one, and we'd far rather earn your custom for years than chase a single quick job.
