Privacy notice

This notice explains how Handyman Mayfair ("we", "us") collects and uses your personal information. It applies to this website and to enquiries you send us.

Last updated: 2026-06-12.

Who we are

Handyman Mayfair provides handyman and property-maintenance services across Mayfair and the W1 district of London. You can contact us on 020 3951 4878 or at info@handymanmayfair.co.uk.

What we collect

When you contact us through this website, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, telephone number, address or street, the service you're interested in and the details of your enquiry. We do not collect special-category data, and we ask you not to send sensitive personal information through the form.

How we use it

We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, provide a quote and carry out any work you ask us to do. We will only contact you about your enquiry and the services you've requested. We rely on your consent, and on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, as the lawful bases for this processing.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for marketing. We may share limited details with a trusted tradesman in our team in order to carry out your job, and with our hosting and email providers who process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only for as long as necessary to deal with your request and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which they are securely deleted.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, to object to or restrict its use, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, please email info@handymanmayfair.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
